HN 101 Introductory Honors Seminar 3 Cr.

A reading and writing intensive course, emphasizing development of creative, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills while challenging students to approach the topics discussed from an interdisciplinary perspective. Offered every semester. Prerequisites: Enrollment in Honors Program or Permission of Director of the Honors Program. Repeatable when topic is different. 3 Lecture hours.

HN 301 Honors Thesis Preparation: Research Proposal 3 Cr.

A reading and writing intensive course in which students will prepare for an implementation of the Honors Thesis/Project by working through the process of a research proposal development and writing. Prerequisites: Enrollment in the Honors Program and permission of the Director of the Honors Program. 3 Lecture hours. Offered: Fall.
